Level 1 Somatic Channeling is a journey of inner healing, self-work, and spiritual development.

Consisting of 7 stages that correspond with the chakra system, Level 1 work is a deep process of trusting, empowering and uncovering the true self.

Here one of our Level 1 & 2 Practitioners, Esther Hernandez, works to clear densities/blocks in her throat chakra and uses channeled involuntary movements (mudras, light language, breath, posture) to clear dense energy from her field and body.
